Both options include access to Frog Pond Farm and all activities including play areas, animals, and the bounce park.

The difference comes down to  whether you need exclusive use of the farm.

Party Space Rentals

Best for birthdays, small groups, and parties during open hours.

Choose this if:

  • Your party is during regular farm hours

  • You want a reserved party space, not the farm to yourself

What’s included:

  • Reserved party space (no rental fee!)

  • Tables & seating

  • Access to the farm and all activities 

Pricing:

  • Host covers farm admission for their guests

  • $50 deposit to reserve

  • Final price depends on guest count

Private Farm Event

Best for after-hours events and large groups

Choose this if:

  • You want the farm exclusively for your group

  • Your event is after hours (typically after 5 PM)

  • You’re hosting a large group (50+ guests)

  • You need flexibility for vendors, catering, or custom layouts

What’s included:

  • Exclusive use of Frog Pond Farm 

  • Access to the farm and all activities 

  • Covered party spaces, tables & seating

Starting Pricing:

  • Spring & Summer:  $2,000

  • Pumpkin Patch: $5,000

Party Space Rentals

No separate rental fee. Flexible party options. Easy farm fun.

Pricing

Your party space reservation includes a complementary covered party space and the flexibility to choose what you want included in your party. You decide how many guests to invite and only pay admission for those attending.

Admission:

Animal Feed:

Animal feed may be added to your party in two ways: 

  • Feed Bucket: $30 per bucket (Contains 15, 12oz Cups) 

  • Individual Cups: $5 per cup

Minimum Spend: $250 minimum per party space. The minimum can be reached through entry fees and animal feed. In-store purchases do not count towards the $250 minimum.

Deposit: To secure your booking, a $50 deposit is required and will be applied to your final total.

Party Details

Bring your own food, drinks, and decor!

Each party space includes:

  • A covered party area

  • Four 8-foot picnic tables with seating

  • Two 4-foot tables for food or gifts

 

Each party space is recommended for approximately 40 guests. For larger groups, we recommend booking Party Space 1 and Party Space 2 together.

Your party space is reserved for 2 hours, with 30 minutes before your reservation for setup and 30 minutes after your reservation for cleanup. 

 

Logistics:

  • Flexible Payment Options: Guests can pay individually at the ticket booth upon arrival, OR the party host can cover the total at the end of the event.

  • Tracking Attendance: We’ll keep track of your party’s guest count at the ticket window.

 

  • Final Payment: After your party, visit the Farm Store to settle up. Your $50 deposit will be deducted from the total.
