This is a hands-on, $20-per-hour position combining guest service, admissions, groundskeeping, cleaning, parking support, and general farm operations.
We’re looking for observant, dependable people who notice what needs attention, step in to help, and care about creating a farm where guests of different ages and abilities can explore, meet animals, and spend time outdoors together.

Essential Physical Functions

Schedule & Compensation
This is a seasonal, variable-hour position at $20 per hour. Hours may vary based on farm attendance, weather, events, business needs, employee availability, training and qualifications, and age-based work restrictions. Employees may be scheduled during the Pumpkin Patch Season which runs from September 18th through November 1st.
A Concessions Worker is a seasonal role responsible for different roles related to the sale of Food & Beverage at Frog Pond Farm, including, but not limited to, food and beverage preparation, food & beverage distribution, customer service and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.
Part-time Seasonal: September–October (with potential to continue into winter)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
-
Donut Production: Following prescribed recipes and guidelines, mixing batter, filling donut hoppers, operating automatic or manual fryers, and applying sugar/cinnamon coatings
-
Other Food Production: Following prescribed recipes and guidelines, operate various commercial appliances to ensure delivery of highest-quality food products to guests.

Equipment Maintenance: Setting up, cleaning, and sanitizing donut machines and other machinery, such as mixers and fryers, to maintain a safe, clean work area.

Inventory Management: Regularly stocking ingredients and packaging for all products sold at Concessions

Safety and Compliance: Following cleanliness standards including trash removal and sanitizing the workstation throughout shift and following detailed closing procedures at end of day

Customer Service: Ensuring all interactions with guests are of the highest standard, maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment for our guests

Cash Handling: Accurately counting cash and producing change consistently without errors

The Coordinator oversees the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations at Frog Pond Farm. This role is responsible for implementing established systems, managing staff, ensuring license compliance and facilitating smooth daily operational execution. The Coordinator serves as the operational lead, maintaining quality, efficiency, and a positive guest experience while operating within the strategic framework developed by Frog Pond Farm Management and Consultants.
Full-time Seasonal: September–December

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operational Oversight

Oversee all Food & Beverage services

Ensure established systems, workflows, and service standards are followed

Manage service flow to maintain efficiency and quality

Troubleshoot operational issues in real time
Staff Leadership & Management

Hire, onboard, train, and schedule Food & Beverage staff

Set clear performance expectations and maintain accountability

Lead pre-shift communication and service coordination

Supervise team performance and address conduct or quality concerns
Execution of Operational Systems

Implement systems, training protocols, and operational standards

Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation and license requirements

Establish, anticipate, adapt to and track product pars throughout the season to ensure proper supply chain and communicate needs to Management proactively
